The world of management has evolved significantly over the past few decades, transitioning from a hierarchical and command-and-control model to one that emphasises collaboration, agility, and continuous innovation.
With the rapid pace of technological advancements, globalisation, and shifting workforce demographics, organisations are faced with unprecedented challenges and complexities. In this dynamic environment, the traditional top-down leadership approach is no longer sufficient.
The PwC's programme From Manager to Leader consists of 3 modules each focused on a different aspect needed for the successful development of and thriving in the manager’s role.
1. Distributed decision-making and empowerment are essential for agility and responsiveness.
2. The complexity of today's business landscape requires leaders who can navigate ambiguity, foster collaboration across teams and departments, and inspire a shared vision and purpose.
3. The ability to attract, retain, and develop talent is key to the success of the organisation, and leadership is all about creating a culture that values learning, growth, and innovation.
