Biljana Bogovac has been appointed as the new Country Managing Partner for PwC Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Anesa Ustavdić has been appointed as the new Statutory Director for our legal entity PricewaterhouseCoopers d.o.o. Sarajevo.

 

PwC Bosnia and Herzegovina is delighted to announce that Biljana Bogovac has been appointed as the new Country Managing Partner, effective 1 July 2024 and Anesa Ustavdić as the new Statutory Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers d.o.o. Sarajevo, effective 1 September 2024.

In her new role, Biljana will lead the strategic direction and operations of our office. With her extensive background in audit and assurance services, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this leadership position. We are confident that under her guidance, our organisation will continue to achieve outstanding results, build strong partnerships, and uphold our reputation as a trusted advisor in the local market.

With over 25 years of professional experience, Biljana has a deep understanding of the local market and a keen eye for identifying growth and innovation opportunities. As the Leader of the ESG Services Platform, she is also actively involved in promoting ESG standards and helping organisations take meaningful steps towards sustainability.

Biljana holds a degree in Economics from the University of Technology Sydney. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and a certified professional auditor in Serbia and Montenegro.

 

With 20 years of experience, Anesa Ustavdić is stepping into a statutory Director role at PricewaterhouseCoopers d.o.o. Sarajevo. Anesa began her professional audit journey in February 2003. In September 2015, she joined PwC Sarajevo, where she has been ever since. For the past few years, she has served as a Senior Manager in the Audit department. Anesa also led PwC Academy for our market and provided accounting advisory services within CMAAS.

Anesa holds a master degree in Economics from the University of Tuzla. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a certified professional auditor in Bosnia and Herzegovina IPSAS consultant certified by ACCA and External Valuator of Internal Audit.

Anesa brings extensive experience in providing audit services and financial consulting to companies across various industries. Throughout her career, she has been involved in numerous projects in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region.

Currently, PwC Bosnia and Herzegovina has a team of 70 experts who offer Assurance, Tax and Advisory services.
